Before taking over the reins of consumer banking, Shanti set up several businesses and was the head of the bank's corporate and investment banking business.

D Kannan heads Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractor Finance, Rural Housing Finance and Loans against Gold businesses, and manages the rural branches of the Bank. Having spent more than two decades at Kotak, Kannan has worked and headed various businesses including Kotak Securities.

Gaurang Shah heads integrated Risk Management across the Group, and enables the organisation to maximise value by embedding common risk management systems and framework. He is also responsible in ensuring that the Bank is Basel compliant. He is the chairman of the Credit Committee and the convener of Risk Management Committee, member of ALCO, Credit Committee, First Tier Audit Committee and the New Products Approval Group. He continues to have an oversight on the Insurance and Asset Management businesses of the Group.

Jaimin Bhatt heads the Centre Division at Kotak Mahindra Bank, which comprises Finance, Tax, Strategy, Secretarial, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Management Accounts and Legal & Compliance. Jaimin is also Chairman of the Bank’s First Tier Audit Committee. He has been the Group CFO since 2002.

Narayan helms Integrated Treasury (forex, fixed income, money markets and derivatives), Primary Dealership and Balance Sheet Management units at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Narayan continues to have an oversight of Kotak Securities and Kotak Mahindra Prime.
President – Asset Reconstruction and Structured Credit
Venkattu Srinivasan heads the Asset Reconstruction Division at Kotak Mahindra Bank. He pioneered the business of purchasing non-performing loans in India, and was instrumental in establishing the Asset Reconstruction Division at the Bank. In his two decade innings at Kotak, Venkattu has played a crucial role in setting up several lending businesses such as commercial vehicle loans, tractor finance, construction equipment, farm equipment, SARAL business loans etc.
President – Retail Liabilities & Branch Banking
In his two and a half decade long innings at Kotak, Virat has led over 10 diverse business lines cutting across Assets and Liabilities. He took on the mantle of managing the branch banking business in November 2007. Some of his career milestones include managing the first JV of the Group with an overseas partner, Ford Credit as its Managing Director. In the recent past, Virat has successfully managed the integration of ING Vysya Bank’s retail distribution network with the branch banking network of Kotak.
